Hello booklovers!
I bet you're expecting me to say that now is the perfect time to read Michigan books and authors.
It is!
But during social distancing, you may find yourself lonesome for the sound of another human’s voice.
Besides your spouse, kids, or the stop-and-go teleconference racket already setting your teeth on edge, I mean.
I like TV. I watch a lot of it; in grad school, I was aiming to be a TV critic, though that fell by the wayside when I decided to take a general assignment reporting job.
My social media feeds are full of people looking for TV recommendations in anticipation of spending the next few weeks indoors.
Below are some of the recommendations I’ve already made. I'll have more to say in the coming weeks, I am sure. I hadn't intended to relaunch Michigan Volumes in quite this way but COVID-19 is changing a lot of peoples’ plans, including mine.
Happy viewing! Wash your hands.
